Hoinga

Hoinga (pronounced "ho-in-ga") is a vernacular term spoken widely in central India. It is a distorted term for "desired" in Hindi. It usually speaks of the aspirations of middle class society and the linguistic contribution they make towards the vocabulary of Hindi.This word is one of the many examples of mixing of various regional languages in India.
