Burgate

Burgate

Burgate is a village and civil parish in the Mid Suffolk district of Suffolk, England, about 5 miles south-west of Diss in Norfolk. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 162. It has very friendly villagers with a lot of community spirit. They usually raise money for Burgate church by doing events such as plant sales and village meals.

The village also has a scarecrow competition and horse riding competition ever year which attracts a lot of attention.
