Resource Breakdown

Resource Breakdown

Resource breakdown is an approach in project planning, specifically for project resource planning, used to depict in a structured and hierarchical way which type of resources are allocated in a project.

The resources are organized in a top-down format, classified by type or category and may include material or physical resources, other than only human resources.
