The song was released as the album's second single and was produced by Cox. Like the other singles from "Libra", lack of promotion from Blackground Records affected the single's chart performance; it missed the "Billboard" Hot 100, and charted outside the top sixty of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Subsequently, no music video was filmed for the single.
