Amir Karič (born
31 December ,1973 inSlovenia ) is a Slovenian footballer of Bosnian origin.He played for Slovenia in the Euro 2000 and 2002 World Cup and was brought to English football by Ipswich Town in September 2000 for £700k.
His appearances were limited to three as a substitute before his contract was terminated. Karic then had a brief spell with Crystal Palace, where he only played 30 minutes of football, before being substituted. Widely regarded by Palace fans as the worst player ever seen at Selhurst Park, along with Israeli Itzak Zohar.
After that, he played in Torpedo-ZIL Moscow.
In 2005-06 he played for the
Cypriot teamAnorthosis Famagusta FC .During his career he also played forRudar Velenje ,AEL Limassol ,Gamba Osaka and forFC Koper .Eksternal links
