April 26 ,1978 inDrvar ,Bosnia-Herzegovina , thenYugoslavia ) is a very popularBosnian Serb singer. He also has atwin brother,Dejan Matić , who is also a popular singer. Both of them were born completely blind.During the
Bosnian war , he and his family moved toBelgrade and went to music school. He finished Middle and High School inZemun . Since he was little, he went to every concert fromRiblja Čorba toHalid Bešlić whether it was in Drvar or in Belgrade. He worked in Club Španac inNew Belgrade for 3 years. Then onMarch 8 ,1994 , he was selected to sing the rest of the song, "Zajdi, zajdi", by Ratko Jovanović after singing one verse, in Tržnica onBanovo Brdo . Due to this, he became quite famous. OnMarch 15 ,2001 , Saša's first album, "Maskara", came out. Later, inBudva ,Montenegro , during theBudva Festival 2003, Saša won the singing contest with the song, "Moj Grad". In the same year, he won the song contest in the Ohrid Trumpeteers Festival inOhrid ,Republic of Macedonia , with the same song, "Moj Grad".Discography
