Hopewell Valley Regional School District

The Hopewell Valley Regional School District is a comprehensive regional public school district serving nearly 4,000 students in kindergarten through twelfth grade from three communities in Mercer County, New Jersey. The municipalities that are part of this district are Hopewell Borough (371 students), Hopewell Township (2,998 students) and Pennington Borough (497 students). Awards and recognition

In 2004, the district was named to the American Music Conference's list of the "Best 100 Communities for Music Education in America".

In rankings of NJ Monthly magazine [http://njmonthly.com/articles/towns_and_schools/highschoolrankings/top-high-schools-in-new-jersey.html] , Hopewell Valley Cental High was rated 59th among NJ High Schools. NJ Monthly magazine took into account factors such as class size, teachers with advanced degrees, and socioeconomic factors. The resulting ranking is part of the most comprehensive education package NJ Monthly magazine has ever produced.
