Upper Crust specialises in baguettes, some of the main fillings include: Breakfast baguettes, Ham and Cheddar, Ham and Mozzarella, Cheddar and Bacon, Tuna Mayo, BLT, Chicken Salad, Cheese and Tomato and Egg and Tomato
A recent introduction to the product line are 'Pizza Baguettes' which currently come in 3 varieties: Cheese and Tomato, Ham and Pineapple and Chicken and Bacon. Sandwiches are also available.
Cakes and pastries are available throughout the day, and include various muffins, danishes, scones, brownies and flapjacks.
The chain offer a number of hot and cold drinks, including coffees (

The key part to Upper Crust's marketing is freshness and quality. Baguettes are displayed for a maximum of 3 hours, and each baguette wears a 'collar' with its time of creation stamped to it to ensure this is adhered to. Coffee is tested 3 times a day to ensure the correct grind and pour time is set.
