The 7th Parliament of Upper Canada was in session from February 4 1817 to May 3 1820. Elections in Upper Canada had been held in April 1816. All sessions were held at York, later Toronto. Parliament was dissolved on the announcement of the death of King George III.
Moses Gamble was disqualified in March 1817 and Richard Hatt was elected to the seat in a by-election. James Durand was expelled in March 1817 and re-elected in February 1818.
