Jeremy Lee Accardo (born on December 18, 1981 in Phoenix, Arizona) is a pitcher in Major League Baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays of the American League. He was signed as a non-drafted free agent by the San Francisco Giants of the National League in 2003 after attending Illinois State University.

Accardo made his Major League debut on May 4, 2005 by pitching one perfect inning in relief during a San Francisco Giants road game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

In by|2006, Accardo became the team's interim closer when Giants closer Armando Benitez suffered an ankle injury. Benitez's return, however, put Accardo back to a role as middle reliever.

On July 21, 2006, Accardo was traded to the Blue Jays for third baseman Shea Hillenbrand and relief pitcher Vinnie Chulk and completed the remainder of the 2006 season with Toronto.

On September 28th, he recorded his 30th save of the year.

On April 8, 2008, Accardo received his first loss of the season against the Oakland Athletics when he gave up a go-ahead double to Ryan Sweeney in the top of the 9th, in a 9-8 A's victory.
