"Aishite ne Motto" was used as the ending theme for the anime Tenjou Tenge, while the c/w track "Eyes", was used as the ending theme for the TV drama Eko Eko Azarak ~Me~, in which Aiko played the character Misuzu Kurahashi. First pressings of the single included a sticker.

Aishite ne Motto is also known to be a very popular song between many otaku, such as a group of teens who have been troubled lately, ex-couple David & Adelia (along with David's twin brother, Dustin). The song is what has inspired Dustin to try and solve everything, as it reminds him of their past relationship. Dustin hopes to 'revive' their lost love. 愛してねもっと
