Zander de Bruyn (born 5 July 1975 in Johannesburg) is a South African cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler.

Elegant at the crease, de Bruyn's style is much like that of former captain Hansie Cronje, capable also of useful medium-pace bowling. In 2003-04 he became only the second player, after Barry Richards, to score 1000 runs in a season, either SuperSport or Currie Cup. He joined Easterns in 2002, before joining with their coach Ray Jennings and playing a large role in the improbable series victory against Western Province.

De bruyn's first Test appearance was against India in November 2004. Since 2004 he has played Twenty20 cricket. He plays his domestic cricket for the Chevrolet Warriors and has also represented Worcestershire in English domestic cricket. During this season, he had a disasterous time, his first class wickets costing over a hundred runs each, and only a late season century rescuing his batting average.

In April 2008 de Bruyn signed for Somerset as a Kolpak player.
