Peggy Hsu or Hsu Che-Pei (zh-tsp|t=許哲珮|s=许哲佩|p=Xǔ Zhépèi) is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter. She was born on February 2, 1981 in Taipei, Taiwan.

Along with releasing two albums of her own, Hsu has written and composed a large number of songs for other Mandarin artists, notably Evonne Hsu and Joi Chua.
