Star Sisterz

"Star Sisterz" is a collectible card and charm bracelet game, aimed primarily at young girls (ages 8-12), from Wizards of the Coast (a subsidiary of Hasbro). It is based on 'truth or dare' and features fashion elements.

There is also a series of books based on the game. The first book was titled "Nova Rocks", by Tea Emesse (ISBN 0-7869-3625-8). The second was titled "Carmen Dives In", by Linda Johns (ISBN 0-7869-3714-9).

Concept

The "Star Sisterz" collectible charm game is basically an open-ended party game, where players participate in activities featured on cards, including Challenges, Dares, and Big Ideas. When successfully completing these activities, players win charms to add to their charm bracelet. Completing a challenge earns a special charm of the color matching the card, while completing a dare wins a matching super-special charm.

Not all of the activities can be completed in the confines of a home; many require visiting the mall or other location, and hence may not be able to done immediately.

Products

The game products are split into two "collections", the Moonglow Collection, and the Sunburst Collection, with each featuring unique charms and cards. They are available for purchase in the following packages:

* Theme packs - 7 random game cards, 4 random charms, and game rules.
* Mini-packs - 2 random game cards, and 1 random charm.
