Margaret of Blois (French: Marguerite) (died 1230) was countess of Blois from 1218 to 1230.

She was daughter of Theobald V of Blois and Alix of France. Her maternal grandparents were Louis VII of France and his first wife Eleanor of Aquitaine.

Margaret married three times:

  1. Hugh of Oisy, Lord of Montmirail
  2. Otto I, Count of Burgundy, by whom Margaret bore Joanna I, Countess of Burgundy and Beatrice II, Countess of Burgundy
  3. Walter of Avesnes, by whom Margaret bore Mary, Countess of Blois
