Virtual Drummer

Virtual Drummer

Virtual Drummer was a small freeware application for the Apple Macintosh written by Jon Nichols in the mid-1990s. Initially conceived as a vehicle to learn programming and QuickTime, called BigBang, the author eventually worked on it alongside his professional software career. In 1997, it was featured in MacAddict magazine's "Top 50 Shareware" issue in October 1997.

Many versions were released, the last of which was 4.1.2. A Windows beta version appeared for a short time, but development stopped shortly thereafter. The last known version was released in 2000.
