Nong Shim Co., Ltd. (kse|04370) is a food manufacturer specializing in instant noodles and snacks. The company was established under the name Lotte Industrial Company on September 18 1965 in South Korea and changed its name in March 1978. Its products are sold around the world.

Nong Shim is well known for its "Shin ramyun" ( _ko. 신라면, manufactured since October 1986), Beef Bowl Noodle Soup, and a wide variety of snacks including shrimp crackers, onion rings, sweet snacks, and potato chips.

Nong Shim is also very well known for its brand of extremely spicy noodles.
