Leo Carle (born June 6 1980 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is an Australian football (soccer) player.

He is an attacking midfielder who previously played in the Australian A-League for Central Coast Mariners. Leo is currently playing for Bonnyrigg White Eagles Football Club in the New South Wales Winter Super League.Leo Carle has been heavily linked with A-league club Adelaide United as a result of Bruce Djite and Nathan Burns heading overseas.
