Santiago Gabriel Salcedo Gonzalez commonly known as Sa-Sa (born 6 September 1981) is a Paraguayan soccer player currently playing for River Plate.

He was the top striker in Copa Libertadores 2005 playing for Paraguayan side Cerro Porteño, scoring nine goals. He also played for FC Tokyo of Japan, but in the second half of 2006 he joined Newell's Old Boys of Argentina on loan for one year after having problems with his coach Gallo at FC Tokyo. Salcedo was loaned to Jaguares de Chiapas for the Clausura 2007 tournament in Mexico, but returned to Newell's Old Boys for the start of the 2007-08 season. After an impressive performance in the Argentine Clausura 2008 scoring a total of nine goals including the 0-1 game winner against arch-rivals Rosario Central he caught the attention of River Plate coach Diego Simeone who requested repeatedly that he joined the team and as of August 2008 his request was granted and Santiago Salcedo joined River Plate.
