Between the Buried and Me , a progressive metal band from North Carolina. He is known for his precise playing and dead-on live performances. Being an avid fan of progressive rock, he is heavily influenced by "John Petrucci, Pat Metheny, Allan Holdsworth and Steve Vai" (quoted from an Ibanez interview). "Selkies: The Endless Obsession" presents his most popular solo among audiences. He formerly played guitar in the metal bandPrayer For Cleansing . Paul is widely acclaimed for his strict practice routine. He explained on an Ibanez interview that, "as a kid I would just sit there and practice for upwards of 30 minutes a day, and I would never get tired of it." His former guitar teacher. Nick Franklin, has publicly commented on his amazement that Paul could become such a fine player with only a minimal amount of practice. This is a rarity, as only practicing for such a short period of time for most guitarists would get them nowhere near the standard needed to record and regularly play songs of Between The Buried And Me's caliber.
tyle
