Best Employers in Latin America

Best Employers in Latin America is a list created by the global human resources firm Hewitt Associates and magazine "América Economía" that features the top 25 companies in the region.

The list is the outcome of a process that involved three surveys filled-out by employees and management of 100 companies in ten countries in Latin America. Employees, chosen at random completed two surveys called "Employee Opinion Survey"' and "People Practices Inventory Survey". The third survey was titled "CEO Survey".

Features shared by companies on the list are:
*Focus on goals and objectives.
*Frequent and comprehensive communication between leader, management and employees.
*High employee motivation
