Bracknell ,Berkshire , to the west ofLondon . It operates in over a hundred countries. Turnover for the year to 31 December 2004 was £6.239 billion.The business was formed by the merger in May 2000 of Ocean Group plc (which was renamed Exel plc) and Exel plc (formerly NFC plc, which used to be National Freight Consortium, the nationalised UK
