Needles and Pins (1969 song)
- Needles and Pins (1969 song)
"Needles and Pins" was a 1969 song by Elton John. It was produced by Chris Thomas.
The song was part of the Elton John album, The Bread and the Beer Band, set to be released in June 1969. However, the album did not make it past the test run stage in production and the Needles and Pins was never heard of again.
