Charles Hallac

Charles S. Hallac is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock. He joined BlackRock at its inception in 1988. Mr. Hallac has played various roles at BlackRock including the creation of the Aladdin system and was a co-founder of BlackRock Solutions which he ran until 2009. ^[1]

He grew up in Manila, Philippines and graduated from the International School of Manila. He graduated from Brandeis University. He, his wife and their 3 children live in Scarsdale, NY.
