Giovanni Modanese

Giovanni Modanese

Giovanni Modanese is a professor at the University of Bolzano, Italy.

He is the author of several publications in General Relativity and Quantum Gravity [ [http://arxiv.org/find/grp_physics/1/au:+modanese/0/1/0/all/0/1 Online papers by G. Modanese] ] .He collaborated with Eugene Podkletnov, devising a device that reportedly generates a "repulsive" gravity-like beam that is several orders of magnitude stronger than the aforementioned experiments [ [http://arxiv.org/abs/physics/0209051 Investigation of high voltage discharges in low pressure gases through large ceramic superconducting electrodes] ] . This work has been published in a peer-reviewed journal [ [http://www.springerlink.com/content/r7776814157x6172/ Version of work above on J. Low Temp. Phys.] ] but has not yet been confirmed by others.
