Stoŭpcy or Stoŭbcy (pronounce: IPA| [s'towpʦɪ] ; _be. Стоўбцы, Стоўпцы; _ru. Столбцы; _pl. Stołpce; _yi. Steibtz) is a town in Minsk Province, Belarus, an administrative center of the Stoŭpcy raion (district). It is located at coord|53|29|N|26|44|E|region:BY_type:city(16,000)Fact|date=May 2008, at the Nioman river. The population is near 16,000.

In was founded in the first half of the 16th century. In 1582 Stolbtsy went into the ownership of the Radziwiłłs. For a long time it was a "schtetl" with significant Jewish population.
