Helsingborgs IF , and during his spell withÖsters IF he made his national team debut and receivedGuldbollen . In 1977 he moved to play professionally inOlympique de Marseille . He played 40 matches and scored two goals for Sweden, the tally including three matches at the1978 FIFA World Cup .After retiring as a football player Linderoth has worked as a coach. His achievements include leading
