The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is a Catholic shrine dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary in the person of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The shrine was founded by Archbishop Raymond Leo Burke while he was Bishop of the Diocese of La Crosse. The shrine was designed by Duncan G. Stroik, professor of architecture at the University of Notre Dame, and River Architects, Inc. of La Crosse.
