Gummi soakers is a candy made by the Starburst company.

It has a gummy outer layer in various flavors, followed by a liquid, fruit flavored center. A favorite method of eating the gummies is to squeeze out the center juice. Gummi soakers were featured in a television commercial where juice from the center, after being squeezed out, caused a chain of events that triggered an explosion. Similarly, that person's face blew up.
