"Us and Them" is an album by the American hard rock band Shinedown, released on October 4, 2005. The songs "Save Me" and "I Dare You" were used as themes for "World Wrestling Entertainment" pay-per-view events "No Mercy 2005" and "WrestleMania 22" respectively. This album has been certified gold by the RIAA in the United States.
