Baku . The remainder is spread throughout the countryside. Scouts of Azerbaijan participated in the 1998-1999World Scout Jamboree inChile , as well as several regional National Jamborees, and the second Eurasian Scout Conference, held in Baku in September, 2004.The
Scout Motto is "Daima Hazır", "Be Prepared" in Azeri. The Azeri noun for a single Scout is "Skaut".The Membership badge incorporates the colors of the
flag of Azerbaijan .couting in Nagorno-Karabakh

Girl Guiding
Although Azerbaijan does have a Girl Guiding organization, the "
Association of Azerbaijan Girl Guides " work towardsWorld Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts membership recognition remains unclear. Both the Guides and the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan are members of theNational Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA).References
