"September of My Years" is an album by Frank Sinatra, released in 1965, that is often considered one of his best.

The album won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year, andSinatra's version of "It Was a Very Good Year" won the Grammy Award for Best Male Vocal Performance, both in 1966. Furthermore, Gordon Jenkins was awarded Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s) for the same track.

CBS-TV cameras were rolling the night Sinatra recorded "It Was A Very Good Year". The edited result was included in a Walter Cronkite special about the singer's 50th birthday, broadcast in December 1965.
