"Parendotherium" is a genus of extinct mammal from the Lower Cretaceous of Spain. It was within the also extinct order Multituberculata, and lived alongside dinosaurs. It lies within the suborder "Plagiaulacida" and family Eobaataridae. The genus "Parendotherium" was named by Crusafont Pairo M. and Adrover R. in 1966 based on a single species.

Fossil remains of the species "Parendotherium herreroi" were found in Barremian (Lower Cretaceous)-age strata of Galve, Spain. According to McKenna and Bell (1997, p.37), "P." is a junior synonym of "Loxaulax". However, Kielan-Jaworowska and Hurum (2001, p.415) lists it as a separate genus.
