Fu Shiren (182 - ?) was a general under Liu Bei during the last years of the Eastern Han Dynasty. He originally came from Guangyang.

Fu served at Gong'an (公安) as a general under the command of Guan Yu, serving Liu Bei. Following a dispute with Guan Yu, he and fellow general Mi Fang defected to Eastern Wu, who were at that time engaged in battle with Guan Yu's army. No further historical documentation exists regarding Fu's later activities.

In "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", Mi Fang and Fu were granted military posts in Wu. During Liu Bei's invasion of Wu, they overheard their soldiers discussing plans to kill them, and so assassinated Ma Zhong, their superior, and attempted to defect back to Shu. However, Liu Bei refused their surrender, handing them over to Guan Xing as a sacrifice to Guan Yu.
