Cathi O'Malley (born July 271981) is an American model. Born in Chicago, Illinois, O'Malley was "Playboy"s Cyber Girl of the Week for the 3rd week of February 2002, and has appeared in several "Playboy" publications. She lived for a time in the Playboy Mansion as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends.
