It is nearWansford on the Great North Road, inPeterborough District.The village is about 6½ miles from Peterborough. Stibbington Hall [cite web | title=Stibbington Hall | work=Images of England | url=http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/search/details.aspx?id=414080 | accessdate=2008-05-10] , near the church, is a 17th-century house. Stibbington House [cite web | title=Stibbington House | work=Images of England | url=http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/search/details.aspx?id=414524 | accessdate=2008-05-10] lies between the Oundle Road and the Nene, and was the residence of Sir Stephen Hastings. Stibbington Manor Farm, on the south-west side of the road near Sibson Manor House, was built about 1625.
