Wen Pin, styled Zhongye (仲業), was a military general during the Three Kingdoms era of China.

He was initially an officer under Liu Biao, but he eventually joined Cao Cao, leader of Cao Wei, reluctantly when Liu Biao's successor surrendered to Cao Cao. He participated at the Battle of Changban against Liu Bei and the Battle of Chibi against the combined forces of Liu Bei and Sun Quan.

After the death of Cao Cao, Wen Pin went on to serve Cao Pi. However, when he set out to attack Eastern Wu with Zhang Liao and Cao Zhen, he fell victim to Xu Sheng's plot and was defeated.

He was later made Rear General and Governor of Jiangxia.
