Karnataka Vikas Party andKarnataka Congress Party . He was born on26 October 1932 in Kubatur village ofShimoga District inKarnataka ,India . His father was the late Shri Kallappa and his mother was Kallamma. He was married on1 January 1958 to Smt. Shakuntala. He has a fondness from badminton. He has two sons, Kumar Bangarappa and Madhu Bangarappa.He has bachelors degree's in arts and law. He also has a Diploma in Social Science.Career in politics
