Democratic and Republican Alliance

The Democratic and Republican Alliance (French: Alliance Démocratique et Républicaine) is a political party in Gabon. At the legislative elections, 9 December 2001, the party won 3 out of 120 seats. In the 17 December/24 December 2006 National Assembly of Gabon election the party kept 3 out of 120 seats.

At a plenary session on 15 January 2010, ADERE decided to rejoin the Presidential Majority, which it had left in mid-2009, while expressing support for the reforms instituted by President Ali Bongo since taking office.[1]
