SANJAY MALHOTRA (THE ACTOR)Born in Chandigarh (India), Sanjay Malhotra graduated a Gold Medallist in Theatre Arts from Punjab University. Always being an enthusiastic and intelligent thespian, he quickly found himself in key roles in a national television series produced by Doordarshan in 1992 titled “Goongi Tareekh”. Sanjay gained great attention from the critics and the media for his performances in the drama. His talent did not take long to shine through and reach the audiences.
After the beginning of a successful career in Bollywood, Sanjay decided to cross the shores, and in 1993 he relocated to New York. Here begins the story of a struggle. Sanjay had to take the tough route to the kwill there is a way. It was this confidence that kept him going and in the end brought him success. Sanjay’s performances did not take long to be spotted. He has enacted in over 50 stage performances of various theatre productions.
By 1998 Sanjay was running his own multimedia studios in New Jersey. Due to his fast learning production, both in front of and behind the camera when he single-handedly produced TV commercials for international media companies including Asia Telecom and SKP Inc – 2 Telecommunications Corporates, IDT’s and Rally Mortgage for Zee TV and Sony TV in USA.
Sanjay has compiled a total of 25 music videos which are a oon one DVD. Sanjay says “I’m one of the luckiest actors to play 3 drastically different characters in one project. That too when the project is working for such a cause which is raising money for a charity – a charity who provide education and food to underprivileged children in India.”
The films in the series of 3 Houses are titled House Guest, House No 69 and House Keeper. Sanjay plays the lead in all three films. Again, in 3 Houses Sanjay has proved his passion for films is his life. He has given outstanding performances which are being criticatalent seems to come natural to him.
