Vyacheslav Pozgalyov

Vyacheslav Yevgenyevich Pozgalyov ( _ru. Вячеслав Евгеньевич Позгалёв, b. 1946) was the governor of Vologda Oblast in Russia. He is a member of Our Home Is Russia. He became the governor in 1996. Prior to that, he was the mayor of Cherepovets.
