- Piff's Elm
Piff's Elm is the local name for part of the English parish of
Elmstone-Hardwicke . It is effectively a hamlet, and is near Hardwicke, Uckington, and Junction 10 of theM5 motorway inGloucestershire . The similarly namedWithybridge is also nearby.Tombs commemorating the Piff family, first recorded in the
16th century , lie in the churchyard of Elmstone-Hardwicke's St Mary Magdalene church. Theelm itself was felled in 1844.
