fifth rate launched atDeptford in 1757 and run aground in 1783.
* The second "Pallas" was a 32 gun fifth rate launched atWoolwich Dockyard in 1793 and wrecked in 1798 nearPlymouth .
* The third (by order of launch) "Pallas" was a 38 gun fifth rate launched atWoolwich Dockyard in 1780 as HMS "Minerva" but renamed HMS "Pallas" when she was converted to atroopship in 1798. She was renamed HMS "Shannon" in 1803 and ran aground later that year. She was burnt to avoid capture by French forces.
* The fourth (third by order of name) "Pallas", the lead ship of her class, was another 32 gun fifth rate launched atWoolwich in 1794 and wrecked in 1798 atPlymouth .
* The fifth "Pallas" was another 32 gun fifth rate launched atPlymouth in 1804 and wrecked in 1810 at theFirth of Forth .
* The sixth "Pallas" was a 36 gun fifth rate launched atPortsmouth in 1816, and converted to acoal hulk in 1836. She was sold in 1862.
* The seventh "Pallas" was an armouredcorvette launched atWoolwich Dockyard in 1865, and sold in 1886.
