Casey Ruggles

They told the same story until early 1950, of the adventures of Casey Ruggles, and his companions on a wagon train to the gold fields of California. Some early dailies were ghosted by Al Plastino, some later strips were ghosted by Alex Toth. Warren Tufts did not write or draw the Sunday strip between 31 August 1953 and 30 January 1954.
