* Frigate "Esmeralda", launched in Cartagena in 1753.
* Frigate "Esmeralda", launched in Cartagena in 1773.
* "Esmeralda", launched in Mahón in 1791, was a sail frigate captured by Chile in 1820.

"Esmeralda" may refer to one of several ships in Chilean Navy history:

* "Esmeralda", a sail frigate captured from Spain in 1820 during the War of Independence.
* "Esmeralda", launched in 1855, was a wooden steam corvette sunk during the War of the Pacific.
* Cruiser "Esmeralda", launched in 1883.
* Cruiser "Esmeralda", launched in 1895.
* "Esmeralda", launched in 1944, was a River-class frigate originally in the service of the Canadian Navy as HMCS "Glace Bay".
* Training ship "Esmeralda" (BE-43), launched in 1953, is a steel-hulled four-masted barquentine tall ship in the Chilean Navy, it is a symbol of the Chilean navy and it's nicknamed the "White Lady". According to recent testimonies, it was used for a few days as a detention center during 1973. Despite that fact it is still the most known and beloved ship of the navy.
