Auckland Energy Consumer Trust is a New Zealand consumer trust. It is involved by virtue of its majority shareholding in Vector Limited in the supply of electricity and gas. It holds 75.1% of Vector shares on behalf of Vector's 290,000 customers. It also distributes dividends from Vector to its customers.
It consists of 5 people elected using the plurality-at-large method every three years.
The remaining 24.9% of Vector shares are traded on the NZX.
