To the south it fades into theLusatian Mountains , whoseZittau Mountains are generally considered considered part of the Lausitzer Bergland, as is theŠluknov Hook of the Czech Republic.The Lausitzer Bergland is a famous touristic region shown in several movies. It is known for the beauty of its landscape and its picturesque towns with Baroque churches and wooden houses.
