Also known as theLeipzig Graduate School of Management, it is one of the world's oldest business schools, having been established in1898 . The school has been under private management since1992 .It was ranked as Germany's best business school by "karriere" magazine in May 2006 and consistently ranks in the German top 3 in other publications. In April 2004, the HHL was the first private business school in Germany accredited by the

*The 12-15 monthmaster of business administration in International Management degree, through full- or part-time study.
*The 18-monthmaster of science degree in management.
*TheDiplom Kaufmann . The Diploma program admits those who have passed the Vordiplom, afoundation degree , or undergraduate degrees. In concurrence with the European wide Bologna process striving for harmonization of educational degrees, the last diploma students will graduate in 2010.
*Adoctorate in business.The school has an executive education centre, founded in co-operation with
INSEAD . Initially named the INSEAD Zentrum Leipzig (IZL) it is now called HHL Executive Education.HHL offers exchange programs with over 100 international partners, including the
Tuck School of Business atDartmouth College and the business school ofTulane University .
