He is an audacious winger / playmaker with good dribbling and a wide variety of passing.He started out playing for his home town club
KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski .Kosowski gained renown in Poland after his performances for
Wisła Kraków , in the 2002-03UEFA Cup .He moved to Kaiserslautern in Germany in 2003 and then to Southampton where he played the 2005-06 season on a year-long loan and was recalled to the Polish national team. Kosowski has appeared 50 times for Poland, scoring four goals.
He was selected to the 23-men national squad for the
2006 FIFA World Cup finals held inGermany , but he played only about fifteen minutes against Ecuador.After being on loan at
A.C. ChievoVerona , Kosowski returned toWisła Kraków and played very well for the first half of the season as the player with most assists in the first-half of the league campaign after setting up nine goals in 13 games. However onJanuary 14 , Wisła Kraków and Kosowski mutually voided the remainder of his contract as a result of not coming to a compromise on a new deal.Kosowski signed a 2.5 year contract with Spanish second division team
Cádiz CF on Janurary 25, 2008. Gained 4 asissts in 7 matches (3 full) for Cadiz.Cadiz finished 20th in Segunda Division (/07/08) and was relegated to Segunda B (3rd Spanish league).On 7th July he was transferred to APOEL from Cadiz for about 2 mln Euros.
In his first official league match "Kosa" scored a gol in Cyper SuperCup against Anorthosis, APOEL won the match 1-0.
