The Samsung Minikit is a GNU/Linux-based smartphone. It bundles together a video camera, SVGA (Super Video Graphics Array) digital camera, an MP3 player, voice recorder, memory stick and Web cam. It comes with uClinux, an ARM9-based Soc and comes in three models -- with internal storage capacities of 256 MB, 512 MB and 1 GB. Models weigh as little as 147 grams.
